Reality check, this is real life and there is no Neo or Morpheus to guide you  through, and well when you look at it that way , then the computer problems and the MBR problems could have been caused by agent Smith himself. Whoa! That would have been neat. When I come to think about it even more, then the telephone sequence which helps you out of trouble should have been the equivalent of Microsoft chat support. Repairing the Boot Loader Problems

First thing your require is this piece of information and stick on to what I instruct you, why? It’s because I am Morpheus and you are in deep trouble! Get it! (it’s Matrix)

Installation Disc

Boot off the Installation disc. Click through the options till you come to the option “Repair you Computer”. Choose the correct installation and click on the “Next” button. This gets you to the screen for System Recovery options, where you will find the Command Prompt.

Repair the MBR

To get the MBR restored click type in “bootrec/fixmbr”

Get the Windows XP Bootloader Replaced with Windows 7

If you have a system that ran Windows XP and 7, you may find that you can’t boot into Windows 7. To resolve this issue, type in “bootsec/nt60 all”. Replace “all” with the drive letter
